HOW TO CHECK BETKING ACCOUNT BALANCE
- To check your BetKing account balance dial *375#
- The account balance will be shown at the top of the menu
HOW TO PLACE A BET
Single and Multiple Bet
To place a single and multiple bet via USSD,
Simply dial the USSD code - *375# on the phone number registered with your account.
Follow the onscreen prompt by
1. Entering 2 to select the BET NOW option, then click SEND.
2. On the next screen, enter the event ID, market and stake amount in the format below, and click SEND. 'event_id#market#amount” for example “41234#1X#300”
3. For multiple bet, use the format below; “event_Id#market#event_Id#market#amount” for example “41234#1x#62234#2x#200”
4. Confirm the bet details displayed on the next screen and enter 1 to proceed.
You will receive an SMS confirming that you re-bet was successful.
HOW TO WITHDRAW
To withdraw your winnings,
Simply dial the USSD code - *375# on the phone number registered with your account.
Follow the onscreen prompt by
1. select WITHDRAW, then click SEND.
2. On the next screen, enter the amount you want to withdraw, and click SEND.
3. You will receive an SMS that your M-Pesa or Airtel Money account has been credited.
